Sports Nutrition Program Philosophy

The goal of Mizzou Sports Nutrition is to educate our student-athletes and coaches on the importance and role of nutrition as a part of their competitive lifestyle in order to achieve optimal performance throughout intense daily physical and mental preparation. This education process is based upon providing consistent and constant knowledge. Understanding of this nutrition information will allow our athletes to continue to accomplish their goals in competition.
